Verbena hastata (Blue Vervain) [ID#701]




New for 2019! Verbena hastata is a native wildflower to Michigan and much of eastern North America. It features candelabra-like clumps of purple flowers in erect, pencil-like spikes. Grows well in medium to wet soil. Blooms July-September. Plant in full sun. Stiff, upright habit; height 2-4 feet. Zone 3-9. Available in quart pots (order by the case of 12).
