Description
Forms very low-growing mounds of narrow dark green, leathery foliage. Feathery flowering spikes arise in spring with a multitude of russet-red florets. Exceptionally long bloom time; plants will rebloom in fall if properly deadheaded. Thrives on neglect. Plant in sun or part shade. Zone 3-9. Height 10-16 inches. Available in gallon pots.
