Lemongrass is widely used as an herb in Asian cuisine. It has a subtle citrus flavor and can be dried and powdered, or used fresh. It is commonly used in teas, soups, and curries. Height 6-10 inches. Tender perennial (zone 8). Available in 18-cell flats.
